Many people are disgusted with the results of the Boxing match this past weekend between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley.  Bradley won the split decision according to the judges but 99%, if not more, of everyone I come in contact with says Pacquiao won easily.  I think it’s time for boxing to fix this mess.  That’s one reason I don’t bet on boxing currently.  I’ve seen this happen too many times.  Jay Kornegay, Sportsbook Director at the Las Vegas Hilton, tweeted that “I know it won’t happen but I feel this should be the last boxing match we’ll ever book.”  Everybody is disturbed by these results and it has given boxing a bigger black eye than it already had.  If something is not done, I don’t care to watch boxing at this point.  Promoter Bob Arum said, ”I’ve never been as ashamed of the sport of boxing as I am tonight.”

The Miami Heat advanced to the NBA Finals taking out Boston in Game 7.  I don’t see Miami beating Boston in that game without Chris Bosh.  This should be an interesting NBA Finals match up but I’ve got a feeling this is going to be the year for the Thunder!  Kevin Durant vs Lebron James, who is the real MVP this year?
